A few things I tend to do that help me settle at night is shower, drink tea, I take magnesium glycinate and valerian root, I put the fan, read, listen to ASMR and then I fall asleep praying. I'm going to try putting magnesium oil on my feet, I've heard good things about this method. I've also bought a book called the tapping solution, going to try a few tapping exercises. I also have blood work done to make sure levels of minerals are normal. Hope you feel better soon, wishing peaceful and restful sleep 😴💙

Wow! I just stumbled across you but it’s literally so hard where I’m from to find someone else that understands that this world can be manipulated or changed. I veered away from the spiritual path for a few months or so but it’s been clawing back at me lately and I don’t have any friends,family, or anyone around me that gets it or possibly even believe it! I don’t understand how because for me it’s been clear since childhood! I know I came here for a purpose and people have no clue they think we’re an anomaly that lives and dies and that’s it! lol!
