I noticed that it's missing the part of HBFS that plays during the last pre-chorus before going into the chorus. I see a track that looks to fit the audio of where it should be, but it's muted. Is there a reason it's not included?
yeah so it's a bit hard to explain haha first of all, yes it is a bit of this HBFS vocoder part in it why only a part ? because the other part is in the instrumental because I did not succeed to isolate that I know the vocoder stem exist, but I failed to do the phase inversion, it doesn't work, idk why (for example, for Get Lucky vocoder, I can use my last isolation and it works perfectly, it completely remove the Get Lucky vocoder from the Grammy performance, but for HBFS vocoder it didn't work idk why, the signal is just different) secondly, it wasn't my first attempt this mean this is the final version out of many other so at some point I used my last version but the vocoder wasn't that clean and this stem is the result of a phase inversion of the final result and the result of a previous attempt and since the previous one is worse, it's more like we obtain what the newer version have compared to the old one so if you activate this track, it will remove a part of the newest vocoder isolation, removing details, which will make all the vocoder sound worse that's what I noticed so in the end, I decided to not put it in the final result but the problem is that there's some stuff that is missing in the new version but is present in the older version... like a part of this HBFS vocoder and that's the point where you have to choose what you want to do I decided to have the cleanest vocoder even if lacks some stuff, stuff that is on another stem which could lower the quality of all the vocoder srry I know I'm not clear srry for the long text too to be short, the track is muted cause it lowers the quality, even thought it contains some details that will be missing, but these details are minor and therefore it is not that important
