I came to japan from Haryana India as a student on student visa for studying Japanese language in a Japanese language school in Shinjuku Tokyo then after that i got full time job in Osaka and got work visa for japan and working Full Time since then in Osaka JAPAN. Japan may be technologically advanced, people may be highly disciplined but they sure need to get some perspective and get out of some rudimentary culture(some, not all).
They do need to improve their labour laws. Its too much burden on the juniors.
I am thankful to my previous organization that had nothing like senior junior culture. You can call your bosses by thier names. That literally made me less anxious.

Is that for real, that even if someone does not drink alcohol, due to personal choice or reasons like health etc. Then too they are forced to drink it ......... For me, I don't drink any alcohol by choice, bcs it is more calories that can lead to obesity easily for me, and also other bad effects of it on body. Also, I don't want to go insane just due some chemicals like alcohol.

Hello I was looking at your eyes and got the reason for it. As an editor you must be using different devices and that causes impact on your eyes tears. I can give you some more things you will be going through 1 dry eyes 2 blurry vision while watching the videos or editing them . The solution for this is use eye drops they call tears .
