The official Cisco coursework for this topic is so wordy and obtuse I really must thank you for posting this video. You explained in 13 minutes what Cisco failed to explain in 15 minutes and several pages of dense acronym-laden text. You are the real MVP
@@Certbros Exactly. I have my CCNA exam and still struggle with some things. Meaning that I am not going back to those Cisco texts :((( Thank you. It was short and precise.
I've watched about 3 videos regarding the same topic and this is the only video/animation that actually made sense. Great job at explaining a difficult topic in such a simple way! I'm impressed. Thank you!
This is the most useful and explanation of OSPF, that is absolutely unbelievable for 13 minutes video. Every word said bears only important information and nothing superfluous, especially rooter =)
Read a lot of recommended books on this topic and also watched a lot of videos.. This one has stuck with me for its simplicity and how well you explain the protocol.. Using some cisco white papers to lab this up in EVE-NG and referring back to this video gave me my "Aha" moment... Great stuff on the channel keep it up.
It was a great informative video that can help in answering cisco exam questions. Thank you. BTW, we all know rowter or Rooter...at the end of the day it is ROUTER :)
@@Certbros C'mon, y'all add a 'u' in honour and colour but take it out in roUter? ;-) Thanks for the video, networking is a *lot* of information, and some of it is pretty dense until you unpack it and wrap your head around it...this vid was easy to understand!!
awww a lil bit too late cuz my OSPF quiz was 2 weeks ago.. lulz nevertheless, really appreciate it. It's much, much easier to understand OSPF from your video than reading thick-ass CCNA/CCNP books
Rooter: A Methodology for the Typical Unification of Access Points and Redundancy. Update : the joke alone at the end definitely deserved a like . lol Excellent explanaton.
Fantasticly made! I love how smoothly the diagrams represent the narration. Although, my brain twitches when i hear route pronounced as root in an IT setting 😂
@@XYZ-kw7rj It depends on how "rauter" is pronounced lol, I mean we say router in the US (Chicago), but maybe the people in the south with an accent would say "rauter" haha

My brother had the right idea, he has his own plumbing company and is doing great. lol !
Hahaha. For once there is a person who is using the CORRECT pronunciation. Route not Rowt.
