Awwww soooo happy stephanie got what she wanted true love and a beautiful baby. She finally got her happily ever after. Steph is like Jesse omg how she would be going out with so many guys and be free and all that. Jesse was like that before Becky came along and he would go out with so many woman until Becky came in his life and things changed and he settled down and had a family. I love that.

You know what...if think about this, Jimmy is that baby’s dad/uncle, Stephenie is her Mom/Aunt, and Kimmy is her Mom/Aunt.
Actually, it was Stephanie's egg and Jimmy's sperm... Kimmy was the one carrying, so it had a little bit from her, but almost all Jimmy and Steph

There was an alternate ending which only the live audience saw at the season 4 finale taping. Even Bryan Behar said he had to scrap it because it felt too much like a soap opera. When it aired on Netflix, it just ended with Stephanie making that face of becoming a Gibbler. There was actually one more scene to the episode. DJ called Steve who wasn’t there at the hospital to see the birth. He was somewhere...I forget where...so DJ calls him from the hospital hallway. Kimmy’s nurse comes by and the two start talking. DJ mentions that she’s back with her ex who was her childhood love. The nurse says she moved back to San Francisco to get back with her ex husband. She mentions his name is Steve Hale. DJ just stares all confused. That’s how the season was supposed to end originally. But they had to scrap it. Overall, the way they ended it in 4 felt like a final episode. If they had that last scene it would have been a waste had they been canceled and there wasn’t a 5th and had season 5 been the last one with Steve’s ex around, they’d have to have her around all the episodes causing friction. Plus I feel they ended it all nice had they not gotten the 5th season.

Complaining about the baby being a doll seems legit compared to the people who still to this day complain about how fake Edward and Bella’s daughter looked in breaking dawn part 2. At least they used real kids there
