What this "course" does not define is that operations, operating procedures are also vastly depending on the operator (The oil company), the country where the operations are carried out.

I injured myself on a service rig. Broke my leg really badly, had to get plates and screws in. 2 years later im still deemed unfit for roughneck work. Would well testing be a bit easier on my bad knee compared to roughnecking? I'm thinking of trying to get into well testing even though it doesn't pay as well as roughneck but maybe this is because it's lighter on the body? Easier?
