I love the house and the installs, and I can see why there are some parts you don’t like about this house, the builder windows are a con of a house with vaulted ceiling. One of my aunts has a house with vaulted ceiling about that high in the living room as well and it was built in 2005, it does seem to have heat above as well during the summer, and I wonder if there are builder windows in there.
Also, I have a suggestion for you. If you owned that house and wanted to put fans, at 9:08 put a Casablanca Ventura IT in the foyer, at 9:09 put a Casablanca Bel Air IT in the first living room, at 9:13 put a Casablanca Panama IT in that spot, at 9:15 put a Casablanca Wailea in the catwalk area, and replace the Augusta II with a Casablanca Stealth IT in the living room. That house needs more Casablancas in my opinion since it already has a Delta II in the formal dining room/living room.
Lol nah, I like variety now. The majority of my collection is casas and they’re becoming boring. I like to represent more brands and put more thought into it.
Those are some awesome installs. We have been thinking about moving out of the city we live in currently and have our house up for sale. But, the biggest problem about moving is my mom's job.
The American tradition is by far my favorite fan you own but the installs in this house are great except where that crappy hunter is if you ever had a choice what would you go with in that spot
I am a huge fan of 80s, 90s, and 2000s interior! I know this isn't your cup of tea, but I would do ANYTHING to live in a home like this. My house is from 2017. All white and modern. Hate it!
I like the ACTUAL 80s 90s and such but this has mostly been "rental house special'd" and hardly feels nice anymore. Plus if you understood how hot this gets with all the builder windows, you would understand lol
@@ceilingfansclocksminecraft1226 I make sure downstairs stays 73 but my room in the morning gets to 80 usually despite the thermostat being set to 73. I have a ComforTouch remote as a thermometer for my room, so that is how I read it.

In my room there was a Hampton Bay Bay Island hugger, the two upstairs rooms had HB Clarkstons, and the kitchen, laundry, and dining had light fixtures.
@@AshTheVirginiaFanGuy I mean I guess. I work in houses that are open inside like this a lot and often they are way smaller. Guess it depends on what you think a mansion is supposed to look like. To me this is nowhere near fancy enough to be considered to look like one.
It probably was way more interesting when it had more of the original look to it. I still prefer a lower roof line and less open spaces and windows like this.

Definitely has them. Most new homes even today do not come with Low-E windows installed.
