I developed the software and hardware myself. 😊 It still runs as ambient lighting behind my television 😁
Unfortunately, I have not published the project.

@@011V32 Yes, it has an RGBW support with Hardware Timer, based on an ATMega8 processor in low power mode controllable with WebInterface (any browser) and Android App. I developed a next Version with WLAN WPA2 interface, but never released.
