In a 360 kick which is pretty straightforward. You have to jump on your dominant foot while also kicking with your dominant foot. On a 540, jump with any foot you want but kick with a different foot to make it easier. If you want to do a 720 you have to know how to do a 540 but with both your dominant foot
@@EdrisxAep Work on the step where you just do the kick and land back on it - without the spin. Do it over and over and then add the spin in. That should help!
@@weflipentyeah, they can also practice over a foam pit or over a pool (as long as it’s not slippery) which will help the body overcome any fear of breaking bones and after lots of practice the kicking rotation gets easier
Practice on a soft surface or go to a trampoline or over a pool so you don’t have to worry about breaking anything when you land this will help you gain enough courage and skill to do it on solid ground. Train safe 🎉
Guys to do it safe land safe and thats why your knee twist if you do this because your not flexible yet stretch every day and if your kicks are higher than your regular body height do this just like me when im not flexible

Basically a tornado kick where you want to hyper extend the rotation of your hips so that you land on your kicking leg. Nice kick.
