Great but the black glue you applied for the back glass was kinda mediocre, there was even a corner with almost no glue, customer would probable be able to stick the nail in that corner

You were unable to maintain the factory layout for the screen adhesive, which means this device is now 0% water resistant. This is something you could easily do with liquid adhesives and double sided adhesive as well.
