Ma'am my son is studying in Sainik School Bhubaneswar and the staff of the school are awesome, they always try for the betterment of the students and they always keep the cadets busy with lot of activities like physically as well as academically and as far as the girls cadet concern they are also doing well. If anyone really wants his/her younger one to become a good citizen and learn discipline then I think this the best place. And yes someone said that they are always looking for their business sorry to say that here a poor boy can study, where one can get scholarship (by one's income) and study here by paying just 30000 (thirty thousand only) per annum, and can get all facilities which cost around 2 lakhs per annum even more than that.
Mai abhi Sainik school jhansi me hun jabki vah up ke top school me hai number 1 hai fir bhi vha na achi parhai na acha khel khud na acha khana matlab vahapr 40% bache tc leke ja chuke hai .This is the dark reality of Sainik school aur infact vaha pr teacher bhi parahne me bohot galtiya krte hai aur physical education hota hi nhi hai
I don't think u r a Cadet of Sainik school, because Sainik school students never been a pessimistic. They are both mentally as well as physical strong, I know this because my son is also a student of Sainik school.

@@b.n.pattanaik3045no way sir same story i have seen in Sainik school kunjpura, chittorgarh and others. I have other academies number too who never fooled the people like this academy is doing which is truly very wrong. My intention is to show you the reality rest all your choice parents.
If a student of Sainik School finally don't want to go in defence forces, can he join other profession... For other profession, normal day school or Sainik School..... Which is better???
