I will be for sure trying these lunches. I think i will like the pineapple wrap the best. I love fruit in my meals. At the moment i am loving watermelon griddled, added to salad with feta and extra fresh watermelon. Also the apple idea was fab. ❤
i usually use some sort of rye bread.. i like the dark color of it and also the taste. I often use whole german rye bread (sometimes called bavarian style bread or old fashioned german bread) but i found this one randomly at the store
the calories for each recipe is on the blog.. you can round up or round down to the closest 100 to make 1 point, or if it’s somewhere in the middle a half point. If something is 248 cal it is 2.5 points for example.. if it’s 193 cal then it’s 2 points .. hope that helps! oh and the blog post is linked in the description box

that 2nd wrap is not a lunch - that's literally like 100-150 calories. A meal is at least 500.calories
about 200 cal each, but they're so speedy you can make as many as you want!
