Hi, any idea about the pack list rule where some updates for published on FBR website but still no confirmation on it. But still people are talking and forwarders are scarred and advising the exporters if pack list is not found first penalty is 50,000 then 100,000,200,000 up to 500,000 but i haven't found any official document. So just wondering do you have any idea about it.

I sent parcel using usps(First class package) service from new york to karachi. Everytime i used this carrier my packages delivered on time. Usually they sais 7-10 bussiness days but this time it’s not deliver after 14 days. It’s showing in transit but when i reciever contacted to karachi postal office they said it’s held on cargo. But they why it’s not showing on tracking. Is there any place i can contact in pakistan or here in newyork because those are documents urgently needed to sent.

Hello, I understand that we need to wait or we can just go to the GPO, but my parcel is stuck at Imo Lahore, when I call them they don't pick up, I've been trying since 3 weeks but either they busy the line or not pick up, I'm located in Islamabad and my parcel is at Lahore, if it was here in my city I would go myself, but since it's in Lahore I don't know what to do, should I tell Islamabad GPO about it? Or should I take refund from Ali express and reorder? Please guide me.
