  • Glorious cold water Atlantic scuba diving adventure in cape town. A little story on how we currently using new semi dry wet suit pro green technology (Apeks ThermiQ 8/7) to keep toasty warm over 2 hours and enjoy a symphony of visual sightings from 8-9 degree. We cant afford the dry suit option currently so this is the next best thing ever. False bay coast is so much warmer 20 degree just a short drive over the mountain! Been an amazing journey learning to scuba dive in Cape Town with my sons Josh and Jeremy too! Myself and Bev are very grateful we could just about afford this. Thx to DiveAction.co.za for the incredible support to take our journey further. In fact the whole dive community in Cape town is just amazing group of people - Welcomed with open arms. Wing and kite video coming soon. Thank you for digitally connecting - much love Justin and Bev. Loving the gear Apeks Black Ice & Exotec BCD, Apeks ThermiQ 8/7 x 2!, Scuba pro Steamer Wet suits, Aqua Lung Leg3nd Elite Regulator is smooth when cold!

'Hi great to hear from you - we put the wetsuit over the booties, so when a bit of water drains, it can come out and not go into the bootie hope that helps thx again cheers jsutin

Great video. I am really considering the ThermiQ 8/7. It appears it worked well for you. Do you strongly recommend it?

Hi Robb I bought two after trying the first one.. love it ...takes a while to dry ..I think it's the hood area that holds in the heat and we have gone as low as 8degree with a thin vestunder ..thx for hello regards Justin and Bev
