Since Enel could use his own DF on himself by restarting his own heart, theoretically he can control his own neurological network. iirc, this would allow him full control of his movements via electrical signals sent to his muscles, and maybe even control over his memory/memories as those are just electrical pulses going through the brain.

If Blackbeards devil fruit is space related as well, which is hinted at with his abilities, then his devil fruit is a beefed up op version of fujitora and he could probably create wormholes, compress space, warp gravity and maybe even block out the sun

While the magma fruit doesn't have mobility Oda has confirmed it has the most destructive capability in a fight of any fruit and it has to be mentioned that being intangible for a physical strike also serves for him as a high power attack against the person striking him since they're basically dipping their body straight into the magma. Even someone using Haki against him is gonna take damage back unless they use advanced armament or advanced conquerers.

Right after doffy awakened his fruit luffy stopped fucking around and one shot him with King Kong gun, and this was after his awakening, if luffy had used king Kong gun from the start instead of toying with him he would've won on his first try.

The scale is impressive, similar to Aokiji and Akainu on Punk Hazard. I also value the "1 shot" ability in the root succ, but the abilities seem to be heavily reliant on haki infusion, whereas with the gas fruit Caesar can on the fly remove the air from your lungs regardless of his proficiency with haki.
I guess TL;DR, amazing with a good user, but at a baseline underwhelming

Kizaru's Mobility is actually very limited. While he dose "moves at the speed of light", he also travles like light, in a straight line and can only maneuver by reflecting off surfaces. Kuzaru for this reason is a very competent fruit user as he can whimsically calculate the path he needs to take while fighting.
I mean, he is so fast that only highly skilled peopke with confirmed observation can stop him. And Kizaru is not even trying in most of the fights we have seen.
X-Drake didnt even register Kizaru's kick until he got smashed into the building.
Kizaru can legit teleport into open air in marineford, he does not need to reflect I'm fairly sure.
If he wants to change direction while moving with his fruit active he needs something to reflect off of.

I’d like to remind you, Enel made a whole-ass ship based on his Devil Fruit to function. If that’s not Utility, I can’t tell you what is.
On the other hand, he’s got the second worst weakness after Crocodile, but on a third hand, depending on how skilled and fast you are, it’s probably one of the better Devil Fruits for getting across the ocean, because you can just conduct yourself into a cannonball and fire. Beyond that, conduction through clouds also would work.
Then again, the literal ONLY person in the entire world who is immune to his effects is luffy. Unless you planned on fighting Enel, theres almost no chance you prepped rubber armor. Plus everything we saw was before the timeskip and he hasn’t received an awakening. Regardless of who it is, a feat of strength like Enel’s is insane especially on an unawakened Devil Fruit.
Think it's pretty much agreed that if Eminem were part of the One Piece new world then he'd be admiral level easily from his fruit powers alone.
One tapping people with just a touch, the sheer range, power, and speed of lightining attacks, the fact that he doesn't even need to avoid attacks because his body's electricity is its own unique form of logia counter-attack and he'd be able to couple that with Haki to turn himself into a lightining baton of some kind. Then there's the instant movement that comes naturally.
It's like having all three admirals broken specs at once with the instantanious effects of his element (like Kuzan's ability to flash freeze people), the raw power and effectiveness of his element against living creatures (Like Akainu's ability to melt through anyone), and the unavoidable speed his attacks and body get to move at (Kizaru's lightspeed may be faster but lighting is clearly a runner of for naturally fastest fruit so far). Not to mention how if anyone is near a body of water, or if it's raining then it's just OVER for them outright

In the context of the manga, Kizaru actually has brain damage in a sense (from what I remember this was explained in an SBS)
His brain is working like 300x faster (or more I don't remember) than a normal person's, so he literally is slowing himself down. It's also why he talks the way he does, he's trying to match what he thinks the normal talking speed is.

Imagine if Enel got super technical and just turned off a person's bio-electricity. That power was in Infamous 1 & 2, and it was terrifying. With a single touch you could just instantly kill a person by essentially shutting off their body. Imagine that ability with the range of an entire thunderstorm.
He could sense what people were thinking thanks to the electricity in their brain. If you planned to do anything against him, he could know it even before you start doing anything. And it was for an entire island, this guy observation haki is litterally unmatched.
The Dark Dark fruit probably does have Logia capabilities, it's just that EVERY single time Blackbeard uses it, he's surrounded by light. Just imaging Crocodile using his Logia at a waterpark or Enel at Skyzone.
We haven't seen the Dark Dark fruit's full potential yet.

Enels Fruit might rly just be the strongest Logia, sadly he ran into his hard counter and got caught by surprise so hard that his Haki malfunctioned. But realisticly, if he wouldn't be so cocky, he would be THE menace for virtually anyone. His observation Haki is pretty insane too, most likely even stronger than Katakuri's (remember, he looked like multiple hours into the future AND heard the voices on the ENTIRE Upper Yard and Angel Island).
Either it is the darkness fruit allowing him to do so or it's not confirmed also doesn't the darkness fruit have anti devil fruit properties
The darkness fruit is definitely not the reason why Blackbeard can have 2 powers. It doesn’t make sense. The popular theory is that Blackbeard has multiple souls in his body which is the reason he can have 2 Devil fruits. One of the biggest pieces of the evidence for this theory is that when Luffy and zoro first met Blackbeard, they both said “They” which confused Nami
Enel's devil fruit, you just travel through the power lines, and because electricity travels 90% of the speed of light, you can literally go anywhere you want.

and since it can conduct through, melt, and vaporize things, its attack power is better than kizarus (because kizaru doesnt move as fast as he should)
I think if we go theoretical and go from what's shown the gas gas fruit could either counter or userp the lightning fruit. Because if you control all gasses and their movements as shown with the void bubble then you should be able to make tornados, and every slash or blast in one piece bc those are all just swinging the sword so fast the wind cuts for u, not to mention the paw paw ultimate move. You could do that for days and at multiple points.

A bit of misconceptions about "restarting heart" nonsense, you can't start a heart that has stop beating by shocking them, the defibrillator are used to stabilise hearts with irregular heartbeat, like being too fast or too slow or too random, it's not magic shmagic shock that can automatically bring someone back to life.
I still say the gas-gas fruit is the most dangerous to fight. When in the right hands the opponents are always in a race against the clock. Either they manage to beat us, or the gases will get to them. Even other logia because they still need to breath.
Yami Yami no mi makes the pain inflicted on you 2x worse, but it at least allows you to absorb other devil fruits into you and allows you not to explode and gets you multiple devil fruits.
