  • In this clip WTVJ reporter Bob Mayer and County inspectors revisit a Royal Castle restaurant which had been rated "Filthy" on a previous inspection to see if the RC had cleaned up its act. Mayer and his shooter weren't allowed in to take pictures, but got their footage nevertheless. Was this RC location filthy or fantastic? Watch and decide!
This is one report from "Still Not on the Menu", part of a long-running investigation of restaurant cleanliness that not only revealed how clean local eateries were (or weren't) but also prompted legislation that gave the Dade County Health Department the power to enforce cleanliness regulations.
