@CarlD2 Beth and Lujack(wrongly) thought that Suzette was behind Infinity so Beth was looking for the Infinity symbol to prove their theory. Hope that makes some sense to you because it's starting to confuse me now:) Maeve is pretty dull, but I liked the scene of HB talking about the changes in Reva over the years.
I can't believe they put that poor man in a trash bin and wheeled him down the street just for being an eccentric choreographer. I think they gave the dancers too much coke...
Why was Beth spying? At first I thought it was just an excuse to have her leaning over in a low cut top. I love Frances Fisher in this. Maeve is so dull she makes the tape break. Was this the start for Hawk? Some of these rehearsal scenes are so insane I just can't stop laughing. I wonder what casual viewers would have thought of the show. And I think in that last weird rehearsal scene, it's set to a version of GL's late 80's theme music.
@sneeyize45 My favorite is the girl in the floral bathroom wallpaper leotard and the blinding neon crepe paper in her hair. Some of the rehearsals seem kind of pointless to me - I wonder how much they cost. Is that Robin Givens at 13:00? I think Roxie and Mindy had a lot of chemistry...obviously the show was never going to go there, but still...
@sneeyize45 It's probably strongest in that fistfight clip (the one which was in the credits at the time) where Mindy (I think it was Mindy) accidentally punches Rick.
I only watched guiding light for one year, 1986-87. Forgot how much I loved the theme song
You are the best for putting this up! I love all the scenes leading up to Infinity.
Loving Lujack's outfit.
Frances Fisher is wonderful . Ellen Dolan is too.
Loved Michael Wilding (Elizabeth Taylor's son) (Jack) in the scene with Francis Fisher -
When I was in elementary school, I thought Jackson was creepy!
I remember watching the "We Love Lujack" part when I was in elementary school. I also remember them getting rid of Raoul!
Crappy editing, but thanks for bringing back part of my childhood. This was my gram's favorite show ever!
Roxie was my favorite girl in the show
She was so fresh- she stood out.

The actress who played Roxie Kristi Ferrell used to be a Dallas cowboy cheerleader
Really? I listen to a podcast , the lockeroom. He interviewed the actress who played Roxie with other people. She sounded like she was on drugs
@sneeyize45 Indeed. I can't look away! I watch FAME reruns for the same reason . It's unbelievable what people wore back then.

Why does it seem like some scenes have been chopped up?

@CarlD2 Dude, i swear half the reason I click on these clips is to read your comments on them. You crack me up!

All those neon colors are blinding. It's like a clown convention.
@sneeyize45 I guess they were the Jo and Blair of daytime TV.

These "video" scenes are painful
