I tried to rebuild this sound in Serum, but my version is sounding much quieter, do you have a heavy compression/limiting in your processing?
Modulate the filter cutoff by Env 2 if your patch is quiet.

Looks like your detune was slightly different in the original but great tutorial
Yeah the detune wont actually make a difference if you don't add unison
