Im surpriced its not purely plantbased. also im very curius about all the ingrediens as to why thoose are chosen what they do biologicly and so on. Is there a place i can learn more that you can recoment? 🙏🌻 thank you 😊

Hello. Anu Taila, an Ayurvedic herbal oil used primarily for Nasya Karma (nasal administration) in Ayurvedic medicine, often includes goat milk as one of its ingredients. The inclusion of goat milk in Anu Taila is based on traditional Ayurvedic formulations and practices. The benefits of goat milk in this context are believed to include nutritive, soothing effect on the nasal mucosa and sinuses, which can be helpful in reducing inflammation, enhances absorption of herbs and balances. In addition, it is known to help with skin complexion and other skin benefits properties

You may do some additional online research to find out about its formulation and benefits. Such a formulation is very complex and it’s quite advanced and has been around for a very long time and stood the test of time.

I suggest using them on different days to get the most benefit or as morning and evening. Oiling always goes last.
