Hello! How are you? I use challenge Max(Nr.132202) grinding robot, but i have some problems with suction plate. I need your help if possible. The suction plate cannot hold the skis. It says "no vacuum" as an error. But there is enough air in the compressor and the vacuum pump works, the oil level is also normal. When i touch the fix the problem button, the error goes away, but when I press the start button, the error comes back.What could be the exact reason for this? Thank you very much.
There could be a tear in the silicone gasket? Have a look around the inner edge to see if there is a tear. If it doesn't seal it won't pick up the ski.
