1 kilo rice
1 and half baby chicken cut
1 onion
1 tablespoon of mashed garlic with cardamoms
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 teaspoon of Maggie
1/2 cup of oil
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Bay leaves
Cinnamon sticks
Cloves
1/2 Black pepper
1 dried lime
For the toppings
4 thinly sliced carrots
Handful of raisins
Handful of almonds
