If you are racing you dont need all the fancy lights and styles.. all you need is the numbers (the car was made for racing, not luxury).. no other distractions are needed, so the dash can be made as plain as possible.. they also try to cut down on weight in every way they can. So there is no need for a huge dashboard made from leather and all sorts of other stuff.
Yeah though if you own this car you have already organised for the police to remove anyone with a net-worth under 30million USD from the 5 km exclusion zone around your compound.

It's not a "hypercar." It's a race car. It's not street legal. Supercars are made for the road and are road legal. It's easy to say stuff like that, but you need a road car to be tolerable and driveable on the road. If you want a race car, buy a race car. They exist. Pretty simple.

The only caveat would be for cars with such a quick rev that the analog Tech couldn't keep up. I guess in that case you have to have a digital analog display, which would defeat the purpose but would still look better.

It doesn't matter how fast your engine is, the person looking at the gauge has to use human eyes to see it. 120hz is plenty, and if you really want to go nuts, you can get 500 hz from Alienware. Digital display tech is not a limitation. Pagani just doesn't have the technical expertise.
@@T1Oracle analog is reliable and consistent. Tech wears out, becomes outdated, LEDs die or pixels can get stuck. I do see the value and beauty of a nice LED display but for sports cars, even if it has other lights and graphics, I still like the look of analog dials. I'm fine with Lambo having digital analog dials, though. The different displays for various driving modes are really cool. But I grew up with a alog, so that's what I will always like.

It did. Redline is at 10k, so it’s a long tachometer. However, because they put it over the airbag(?!?) it’s tiny. The second click is 4K rpm. He got up to maybe 2k, but it did move. Just not a lot
The Rev counter in the center of the steering wheel is cool. I’ve never seen that before. I remember when Ludacris had the late 90’s Chevy Impala and it had a TV screen where the airbag would be in the steering wheel and I thought that was cool back then. The Porsche that drove by at the end of the clip was NICE.

The Rev counter in the center of the steering wheel is cool. I’ve never seen that before. I remember when Ludacris had the late 90’s Chevy Impala and it had a TV screen where the airbag would be in the steering wheel and I thought that was cool back then.
