Had no problems blaming the defense this week but was doing mental gymnastics when it was time to take accountability for botching the clock last week.

What do you think is the likelihood that Raheem could be one and done? I really feel like this squad is better than 8-9 and great coaching and a good GM would be the difference. Really want Ben Johnson I feel like the falcons would be one of the most attractive landing spots

Very unlikely, but it needs to happen. He is NOT the coach the Falcons need.

Hes not very bright. I thought after all the years since he left the Bucs he would use words correctly and articulate them correctly. He still says dumb things consistently. Or as he woukd say. " he still says dumb thing consistency.

Morris isn’t ‘the guy’. He and TF fumbled this entire season. Anyone who wasted all that money in FA and didn’t play your #8 pick until it was far too late needs fired. Now Penix gets to start next year with a losing QB record and a ‘fail’ for getting this team to the playoffs. Idiocy.

Some games it’s the offense and some the defense. Notice how Raheem throws in technical verbiage to mask his shortfall. I have to give it to him, he knows how to wriggle out of tough situation hardly scathed.

What difference does it make how good Penix is if we have a poorly ran organization. Look at Matt Ryan! The organization couldn’t put the right people around him to bring us consistent winning seasons. And Matt had what it took to win Super Bowls.

So to the rest of the Falcon fans. This is like a bad marriage. For me going on 40 plus years. I’m done. I just filed my divorce papers. It’s Author Blank. He’s incompetent and doesn’t know how to hire the right people. He should sale the team. If I’m the owner I’m firing everyone that’s been in the building for the last 10 years. That includes Rich McKay! This city deserves better. Everything else in this city works but the richest thing here is. 11 billion for what. 7 straight loosing seasons. We should boycott to get him to sale. But I’m done. I’m going to a organition who knows how to hire the right people and make the right decisions. I’m an Eagles fan. That’s right I’ve just ship. Just like a bad marriage, you think things would change or get better, but they never do. So that’s it , I’m done.

Rich is a loser who loves the sound of his own voice. His father was a boss and a bad ass. Rich wants to be the commissioner and will akwaus side with the league and not the players. He will always be just not good enough. Dungy built those Bucs, not little Richard.

Too many inconsistencies week in and week out! The Falcons need to learn from the past and move on NOW, it’s not going to get better. I don’t care about the high road and the coaching analysis after these terrible losses.

I hope this is the last press conference this guy ever gives for the Falcons. It's ALL HIS FAULT..He does not know how to be a head coach. Does he even talk or give advice to his DC? I thought this guy was a master with the defense? If we make the mistake of keeping this loser we will be in the same spot we are in again next year. FIRE THIS GUY NOW.......

This coach is all about deflection and not taking accountability. How about instead of throwing your guys under the bus in front of media you step up?
“It starts with me. I call a soft prevent defense. I don’t adequately prepare my team for what they will face from an opposing offense. I have no answer for a Qb who can run. I didn’t put our defense in the best position to make plays. I have to coach the importance of fundamental tackling.”

Can tell you guys don't really watch football. Most NFL teams are mediocre Atlanta is no different. Most NFL franchises fans say the same thing complain about how bad they have been.1 year isn't enough and now Ben Johnson is the next "genius" .Being a coordinator is a lot different than a head coach and yes Morris had some blunders this year no doubt. Hopefully will learn from them. The NFL isn't college all those guys are elite at what they do so the talent levels are close across the board . We won some close games and rode with Kurt to long mainly because what we paid him. On to the off season we all are couch coaches but its a lot harder than it looks from our couches.
