Nice meals. I am on 5 to 10 day liquid diet. I am working on losing weight and wanted to challenge myself. I enjoyed watching your videos. You are in such nice shape. Definitely gonna workout more on my stationary bike for 25 to 30 min. And low impact walking workouts.I need to workout. But work on my diet and reducing calories. I want to be backup dancer and need to have endurance.

Hey Holly! I just wanted to ask is having too much protein powder bad for you? Like 2 scoops a day? I heard in the long run it isn't good for your body e.g. kidneys etc just slightly worried
