All humans are different! This is an example of someone who can do a lot in one day. Everyone has different energy levels and capabilities, and that's fine. If you can't work out this much or study this hard, don't beat yourself up. Your body and brain is different so you function differently. :) Personally I can't go without my 8.5 hours of sleep, and that's fine.

Thanks for sharing 😊 But, English subtitles go too fast for a non native speaker! Most of the time I have to decide whether watching the video or read de subtitles.
Btw you are not supposed to workout right after you have a meal or even a snack. You have to wait for it to get digested. When you have a meal, doctors say to wait for 2hrs or something.
