Hi there! You can still use the device but the email address used for the device cannot be changed. Changing it would require assistance from the manufacture and its oftentimes a long process.

Hello to anyone that maybe having trouble with the verification code. Do this in the U.S.A create your account with Topdon. Then on your Artidiag 800bt login in on the new tool it will bypass the verification code. do the update it ask you to do then the next thing that will come up. is your paper with the SN and activation code then your done. The new tool is working. Also you do not need to do all the updates do to some are for vehicles out of country.

Hi there Archie. It could be that you require an activation code, its normally inside the box that the device came in. It's called the password letter.
