You can put a drop of glue into where the metal t-post fits into the crotch to secure it. As far as the torso being loose, a little bit of sculpt can help tighten it up (see my review of Aves sculpt).
Galactic Plastics Cool thanks. I figured the glue thing out once i noticed the only purpose of the metal was to hold the legs. The torso tightened up once i got it hot with the blowdryer. Thanks agin and i just started collecting the Gi Joe's for my dioramas.
