My family loved it! It was very moist and had a good flavor. I was short on time, so it didn’t rest after baking, didn’t have Parmesan cheese or Panko, so used regular bread crumbs. My beautiful crust stuck to the waxed paper (I did spray it with cooking spray),so parchment paper would work better. Next time, I will have all of the ingredients and start cooking earlier. This will definitely be on my future menus!!
Please, DO NOT COOK USING WAX PAPER !! It is not heat resistant, and NOT intended for ovens. For those who are not aware, PARCHMENT PAPER is what is used for oven cooking/baking - and no, it does not matter if wax paper "worked out for you" before. By using parchment, you won't need to oil or spray the parchment paper before laying the chicken down. Just spray the top side if you choose, and again after flipping.
I can't see how it would work to bake on waxed paper at 450 degrees F. The wax would surely melt and get all over the food. Have you tried parchment paper instead? It would have to work better. Thank you for the recipe. I like the combination of spices and other good flavorings.
Nope, toss out the inflammatory almond flour, and all flours in general...the parmesan cheese will work perfectly on its own. 👍 (your joints will thank me later...) Youre welcome! ❤😊
true.... too much oil unnecessarily. the oil spray was enough. And there's a misconception among people that if olive oil is healthy then we can pour it as much as we want. The calories in olive oil will be as same as any other oil. At last its the excess calories which makes you fat, not the healthy or unhealthy type of oil.

Great job bro and camera lady 😃
Thank u exactly what I needed
Yammy your chicken 😋

Do we need garlic powder for the dry mixes and do we need the Parmesan for the flour?
You can skip the garlic powder but it can change the taste a little bit. You don't have to add parmesan in the flour its optional.
Anyone know if almond flour would work instead? If not, I’ll keep you posted.

Always the annoying music 🙄
Wats the point in baking if ur gonna pour oil over it🤷♀️
I’m sure it’s good, but to me defeats the purpose.

Why use the horrible flour or bread crumbs at all? Just use the parmesean.
Nice toe fungus commercial in the beginning
