Better Days the series have already ended, but this series is bringing back the provincial vibe. Thank you so much. There's really something about provincial set-up which gives us this good feeling. I just fell in love with the OST. Brenda is just so sassy. The acting by the cast is spot on. Renz and Kurt are so good here. Bart still has innocence that can be found in people from small towns and provinces. The episodes seem so short though. Can't wait to see the dynamics between Josh and Bryce.

Aside from the imperative BL story, this series also portrays the disparity of Region from the Nation in terms of socio-economic status and tastes, which is a great issue if given importance.

I can relate with josh's character.. yung tipong ikaw yung naunang naginvest ng feelings at nagparamadam kung gaano siya kaspecial at gaano siya ka-loved. Kaso sa isang iglap magbabago ang lahat ng meron sa inyo kasi ikaw yung nasa malayo at nakahanap siya ng mas malapit na kayang pantayan yung pagmamahal na naibigay mo.. 😣 the last scenes hit me hard..

We usually point at things using our fingers ... but Filipinos have a prototypical way of doing that ... and that is using his lips. So when Bryce uses his lips (i-nguso) to point out that Bart has rice on his cheek, Bart mistakenly thought Bryce was signaling for a kiss. Hahahaha! That really made my night. ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES folks!
Ang ganda naman. Short but sweet. I feel like Bestie tbh, what really happened that night to get Bryce into Bart's head like that? Maliban sa yung kiss? The chemistry between the actors portraying the leads is impressive though, super excited to see how their friendship/relationship evolves over the next episodes. I have been living in our province since birth; hence, i really appreciate their provincial phase set-up, Bart is like me, a provincial boy/man who raised and grew in a humble, simple and beautiful place. Isa to sa pinoy bl series na nagustuhan ko, Kasi Wala akong naramdaman na cringe. Ang cinematography maganda, background music fit na fit, Ang acting ng actors on point and ang chemistry Nila makikita mo Naman. Minsan lang ako ma satisfy sa Isang series Kasi Marami na ako napanood na bl series from other countries and local na rin pero ito Yung isa talaga na nagpa impressed sa akin.
Nag break lang ako sandale of watching BLs after GSP and here I am again--addicted. Lol! No cringe moments and I love wholesome BLs. Looking forward to more episodes.
FYI to International fans, it’s normal for Filipinos to use their lips as a pointer. So if you’re wondering why Bryce suddenly puckered his lips toward’s Kurt’s is to point at the stray rice. Filipinos also use their eyebrows to greet people or to say yes among others.
A good reason of that is Pointing at Someone with their fingers can be deemed as Disrespectful (Ayaw ng pinoy ng dinuduro) in regards with the pointing using the lips on a Object. It is because in Pre-colonial Pilipinas it was belived that everything has life/soul and we much repect them from Animals, Trees, Plants and etc.
This entire show is beautiful. The visuals are outstanding, the camera work is some of the best I’ve seen, the sound mixing is incredible, not to mention the sound track, and the diversity of the cast make this show beautiful to watch. Thank you! 😊🥰
