Nahhh man that was a real panic attack, he wasn’t even joking. When he says it he gets so uncomfortable in his seat and starts fidgeting. Wiping his hands on his pants and not really knowing what to do with his hands in general. That cough leading into “no I don’t” you could hear the phlegm building up in his throat. All this to say, what a fucking trooper, man. Panic attacks are no joke. Sometimes they can make you feel like you’re dying. And for Cody to just tough up and work through it like this is *genuinely* really impressive. He holds it together so well that I don’t think I’d have even noticed if he didn’t mention it. when i was younger, my dad tried to hide smoking from us because my mom would get pissed, so he would hide behind the house n stuff smoking.. if you ran up on him mid drag when he was having a secret cigarette, he would hold his breathe to try n ghost it (hide it). ghosting it is holding in the drag until all the smoke is filtered out by the lungs, so when you breath out theres no smoke. But if you could make him laugh within the 30 seconds of startling him, smoke would billow out of his nose. It was one of my favourite games to play growing up and some of my most cherished memories.
