I was so upset about the chaos that I didn't play for a week. But then I somehow got the urge to clean this mess. I put on several documentaries to listen to on my phone haha I did it over the course of two days and it definitely took 10 h + I'm still kinda mad I had to spend so much time, especially because I like the old closet more. I don't understand at all why they didn't make an effort to not mess up everyone's closet so bad!

It wouldn't have been much work it seems, since (in my closet at least) everything sort of kept its "position": It looks like they internally numbered all slots consecutively, row by row, page by page, and then kept the same numbers for the new closet, with more columns and more slots per page. This is why everything got messed up. Not sure whether it's the same for all players.
i got so mad my very (un) organized storage was messed up and i wanted to throw my computer off a cliff cause i could only move one item at a time and couldn’t move multiple 😅
When I logged in to go to the closet since there was more space, all of my tack and clothes were like in one single tab and I got so mad because they were all in separate tabs at first like saddles and one saddle, pads, leg, wraps, and like stuff like that and now it was all messed up so I had to re-organize it and it was so annoying
I want them to let people but retired horses like 1 time a year at the price they left at cause I was a fan for YEARS but wasn’t able to playyyy and when I did get to play I forgot about themmmm and now I’m buying them as they get retired
