@Slidge Well first off you can't 180 flick unless you use adren vial which has the massive downside of reduced turning (by quite a lot). Max flick angle is like 90ish degrees. Only reason it looks like he's 180 flicking is due to pre angling himself + the hug tech. Plus what he did takes an insane amount of skill. Running into (often times no-so-) "subtle" cheaters on normal movespeed killers has very much ruined my taste for this game repeatedly. The recent summer updates aren't bad, but the fact that they completely skipped even mentioning the hacking crisis plaguing the community is really disappointing to me. It's the only issue I cared about, and they released broad game updates covering every aspect except this.
@@Night_Hawk_475 personally I haven't seen as many cheaters lately so I feel like BHVR has done something right, but I could just be lucky. And obviously they haven't solved the problem in it's entirety.
@@thomasbitler8798 The "subtle" cheater in this video was very much not so subtle at all. But BHVR did a good job of removing a lot of people who were blatant like this. The problem is that now there's genuinely a plague of "very subtle" cheaters, who are giving themselves +2% speed boosts, or marginally faster gen speed / exhaustion cooldown. And who don't do anything obvious to get themselves reported. And to anyone besides the absolute top 0.1% of players, they're undetectable. They're only a problem at higher MMR too - so your average new player or even casual player will never run into it - and wouldn't notice if they did. But I've had a few games were it was clear they were speeding up when they were out of view, or were suspiciously fast around structures - taking more loops than it should to catch up. And I'm sure that plenty of times when I've been uncertain about a player's legitimacy they've been genuinely playing honorably. But the problem is that because the game is well known to have a bad anti-cheat guarding it the question is always there. You can't run into unusual scenarios anymore and not at least ask yourself "was that fair play? or were they using external assistance?" The existence of cheats which the devs are too incompetent to detect and deal with creates a lingering doubt which many mid-high level players are left asking themselves after ever few matches. And I genuinely do believe that cheaters are more prevalent than we see. It wouldn't surprise me if BHVR found a way to make it so certain "streamer" flagged accounts were more likely to get matchmade against accounts with long playtime histories, minimizing the odds of running into a cheater on a new alt-account. Hell it was just a month ago where a cheater hit top of the DbD category on twitch while impersonating a BHVR employee and ruining game after game. They kept a "number of times I've been banned" counter going, and went through over 30 accounts on stream. The free-to-play week on the Epic Games Store really made cheating far far worse, because cheaters stockpiled hundreds to thousands of accounts so that whenever they get banned now, they have plenty of backup accounts to switch to for free still. Ever since then, they've been essentially unbannable. The only fix so far is that some of the routinely overly blatant cheaters have been banned and forced to tone it done and be more subtle about it now, which has made the problem less noticeable, but even more sinister when viewed in a competitive context - since now you never know if someone was cheating against you, where as before you could at least be certain when your games were fair.
@@Night_Hawk_475 maybe I am giving people the benefit of the doubt, but in my experience playing other games like CSGO, even the most subtle cheaters are pretty obvious that they're cheating. This cheater was in no way being subtle at all, and I still believe that when people do cheat, I can tell the difference. I think a lot of the time when people call out cheats and say it was "subtle" they just don't understand the game as well as they think they do. I also don't think it's fair to call the BHVR devs incompetent in this instance. There are a lot of games out there with cheating problems. The only game I've ever played that doesn't is Valorant, and that's only because it has the most invasive anticheat of all time. And even then people are still able to cheat in valorant. So BHVR probably could create an anticheat to stop cheaters, but knowing how much negative publicity valorant got with it's invasive anticheat, if BHVR tries something similar, people will stop playing the game because of it. There used to be a lot of cheaters. Now there's not as many in my experience. And I'm definitely at least mid-high mmr with my mains. When somebody says that the gens popped to fast at the end of the game, and you get to the end screen and see fast track, it probably wasn't a cheater. It was probably fast track, and it was probably low mmr because who's going to give up their dh, DS, iw, unbreakable at high mmr for fast track. Also people seem to accuse survivors of subtly hacking much more than killers. But killers also have incentive to subtly hack, but if they aren't, then maybe people are wrong about survivors as well.
@@thomasbitler8798 That's part of my point, subtle cheaters exist in ways that you can't easily detect in this game much more so than other games. It's not uniquely a dbd issue, but it's uniquely prominent here. I don't actually agree with Lilith Omen calling this person a "subtle" cheater because they are by no means subtle at all. (hence why I also put subtle in quotes in my earlier comment too) People like this only last a few games before they get flagged and banned by BHVR, but their plethora of free accounts make getting banned a non issue. Other people cheat MUCH more subtly in this game, and genuinely do get away with it for far longer. I was sort of talking about both issues, since both still exist in the game for different reasons.

Hey dude, I got sent the link for this video this morning by a random person who had seen it on here. I was the Yun Jin in this game, I was playing with my friend who was the Yoichi. We both play on console and have no idea who that hacker was, it put us in a random lobby with them, my friend was taking hits for them because we have never come across any hackers in the game before and found it amusing how fast she was running, we actually both reported them after the match had finished. You were a very good blight, hope to play against you again sometime minus the hacker
If you get into a game with a hacker then the last thing you want to do is protect them, even as a joke. You're just telling the killer that you're complicit with them and you can get banned for helping a hacker
@@koalamanda8299 They got reported by myself, the Yoichi and the killer right after the game. I doubt you would get a ban from being put into a lobby as a console player with a random PC hacker.

They are premade. Its a "strat" for 4 men swf: One of the friends hacks the game and elo boosts the rest of team and even if they get banned, all the other members wont lose the elo
Ok but who's worse, a hacker who will help them win or a sweaty as hell blight they have no chance against? They STILL lost after the hacker ran him for 3 gens, because there is no counterplay to a cracked blight or nurse, the survivors were understandbly pissed at the blight, most likely since they were hoping to actually have a good game against a normal killer, so they help the hacker because they hate the killer. You can see how the yoichi just gives up at the end, because he knows trying to run probably wouldn't even extend the chase. They litterally get downed within seconds, there is no point so they may aswell have fun with the hacker.
@@SecureBirch410 ah yes survivors winning because of someone else cheating is justified because someone is sweaty, don’t get me wrong I hate sweaty killers, it doesn’t take much skill to put on the good perks and then practice the killer a little. she just had a rly good med kit
Just want to say this is the first I've heard of you. And the blight skills blew me away. Gg
This is the lightweight buff 😂
could this even be considered a match it was more like a Slaughter
ALL HAIL THE SPICE LORD OMEN
The Jane just had the newest gamer chair
Imagine trying to play against a hacker like this without blight or nurse.
You can't run into unusual scenarios anymore and not at least ask yourself "was that fair play? or were they using external assistance?"
The existence of cheats which the devs are too incompetent to detect and deal with creates a lingering doubt which many mid-high level players are left asking themselves after ever few matches.
(hence why I also put subtle in quotes in my earlier comment too)
People like this only last a few games before they get flagged and banned by BHVR, but their plethora of free accounts make getting banned a non issue. Other people cheat MUCH more subtly in this game, and genuinely do get away with it for far longer.
I was sort of talking about both issues, since both still exist in the game for different reasons.
And the most stupid part is, that behavior most likely wont do anything about it.
This Jane is hacking but still bad at the game lol
Much love Lilith enjoyed the video today
Why do u think they installed hacks?
@@Sir_Squid Bruh... Are you being serious right now?
@@Sir_Squid Alright good
@@Sir_Squid Also, you spelled sarcasm wrong
@@TheHunterKiller8908 yes i thought i did but its a youtube comment not an essay
That jane is probably someone who would call u a tunneler or camper even though shes running at 150% speed
Average hacks enjoyer vs average shadowborn enthusiast
I love how Lilith said hold my beer turned around and ended the game just to catch her.
This is my first video on your channel and I must say you a genius blight player. The intensity of your gameplay is immense but your perfectly calm making jokes on the fly that takes a god level amount of skill to do, not to mention the way you play blight is terrifying.
No wonder this no skill hacker lost.
That is the nicest thing I've heard all week! Thank you for the kind words, super glad you enjoyed the content :)
Just watched the two gameplay review episodes and they were really helpful. Do you have plans of doing more in the future?
Definitely, I'm actually hoping to get one up in the next couple weeks!
I Didn't know you until this video. That shit is amazing. Great stuff, amazing personality.
Thank you, that really means a lot :)
Imagine having hacks but still loose
When a speed hacker meets a character who’s power is to enable high movement speed through actual game mechanics
11:35 In fact they are more prevalent now than ever before. Between the hacking spotlight videos and Epic Games giving away free DBD copies the game is infested right now 😂😂
Gonna binge all yr vids now!! Subbed
Thank you Mo Mo, welcome in! Hope you enjoy the content, lots more coming soon!
@@LilithOmen always do!
Imagine still losing.
Wtf is just got recommended this video, this guy's one of the strongest blights I've ever seen. The movement is maddening
I love the fact Yoichi stopped and realized how fast the Jane was
Perfect example how balanced blight is 😆
high skill ceiling ngl. takes a while to learn and master the flicks, so I respect a blight player who can pull this stuff off
@@Mothhhhhhh Lilith is deffo high skill.
@@containtheword exactly what I meant. blight isn't exactly balanced but this isn't the usual gameplay you are gonna see either
Lilith Omen: You think I give a shit that you're faster? YOU STILL BLEED LIKE THE REST.
Haha spot on!
in addition to the words "pizdec" I can't say anything, I'm just shaking with hatred because they save the cheater when everyone can see HOW much he runs. Thank you for your content
They are premade. Its a "strat" for 4 men swf: One of the friends hacks the game and elo boosts the rest of team and even if they get banned, all the other members wont lose the elo
Glad you enjoy the content :)
But still, cheaters aren’t justified no matter the reason
@@SecureBirch410 Delusional. If there wasnt counterplay for Blight, it would be always 4k in competitive, but is it not. The fact that you justified hacking is sad
I’m pretty sure that yoichi had to do a double take 😂
Seems like she’s mostly running at 107% or 110% average and boosts to around 130% at points of getting close to being downed.
way higher
Honestly that looked more like 120% to 150%
She just has a good gaming chair.
Lilith, I’m afraid to tell you that you’re just boosted
She was ACTUALLY moving at BASE movement speed
She was never hacking at all!
Is that a meme?
@@LebonMatha they secretly buffed survivors to go twice the speed as killers, for balance of course!
@@LebonMatha No I’m being serious
