Sometimes listening to your little chats about bopo remind me of the first time I watched Bridget Jones (which was last year lol). Shes meant to portray this fat, frumpy gal who is past her prime and would be lucky to get any guy, but the truth is shes still a gorgeous, healthy adult woman who probably wasnt even a size 8. I know first hand how consuming and distressing body changes can be, so something I've been reminding myself, thanks to my therapist, is that my body is doing an amazing job keeping me healthy and safe during all kinds of experiences. When my life is more physically demanding my body builds muscle and endurance and increases appetite to help me get the job done. My body helps me rest and recuperate. When things are slower my body can balance all my changing needs, usually without anything specific from me. 9times of 10 it's terrible clothes that make me feel crap, and I'm slowly learning to just say "too bad" to the item and move on. God it can be so challenging but following bopo and ED recovery accounts on insta help remind me to just rock what I've got and be grateful for my health

I have the exact same problem. Can have a little cheese etc, but Ice cream and milkshakes gives me bad cystic acne. Even soya products! Too many hormones in it all
