- Timeless session designed to help relax in peace with nothing but healing vibrations so that the cosmic sounds feel like speechless therapy. These are genle angelic harmonies, miracle tones, solfeggion frequencies, sounds of nature and more that will help you shed unwanted energy and float on a little cloud of peace so that you can connect to your higher self and receive the healing you need.
It is so lovely for you to join for this session. I'm Sarah aka Dr Energy Flow. I am a Reiki Master and I have studied sound healing with pioneers in the energy healing field. I use the relaxing ASMR powers to help you get into an alpha and theta states which is the portal to receiving deep healing. Please note dear ones that this is real distant healing session aiming to help your subconscious mind unblock stagnant thoughts or energy so that you can expand in wonderful ways. You might get epiphanies, you might feel lighter, more creative, at peace or feel tears shed as you let go of painful emotions. This is a time for you to hold space for yourself as I hold space for you so you can feel better in yourself and with yourself.
These sessions are always intuitive and the goal is to reach and facilitate healing for the collective. This session includes a smudge cleanse, crystal singing bowls, bio resonance, reiki, light language, soft spoken asmr, branches of palm trees that I got in Alicante and various alternative healing modalities.
Each session is different and as your energy shifts daily, we cannot know in advance what you will experience. You may experience warmth, laughter, deep meditation or a whole spectrum of feelings. I invite you to let go and see what flows through your system. If you fall asleep, your subconscious mind will absorb the healing vibrations. I hope you benefit massively from this session. Wow 🤯 like nothing I’ve ever found on UA-cam. I am home and in terrible nerve pain awaiting MRI and for it to be figured out (in Canada, it’s hard) and this was SO SOOTHING. What comes from the heart goes to the heart!! Namaste indeed 💚💚

Hi I enjoy your content love your beautiful voice my favorite trigger sound is the striking of matches can you please do a long video of you just striking lots and lots of wooden matches the sound they make struck off the box and lighting up and putting them out in water right away is very relaxing and the visual aspect of seeing you striking them would also be very nice thank you and God bless and I also subscribed to you 😊
Hey, thx for the lovely message... I won't do a full video of striking matches as this is not a purely asmr channel, it is sound healing and reiki energy healing immersed in asmr to help relaxation ... however I will keep this in mind and do a video with a bit more match striking than usual ... it won't be for a while though as i've got lots programmed already but soon ...
