I was blown away. For 45 minutes my mind dragged up images from my past. They were not in any order, but they were memories that I have long forgotten.
They came one after another in quick succession. From a long time ago. They were in vivid colour. All of the past. Although I tried to visualise about the future. Images came up but did not stay long.

49 seconds into this with my earphones in.I was in the back set of a lyft car. A truck hit us from the back. The whole back end of the lyft car was smashed in and I didn’t even have a scratch on me. I was protected. I mean literally the trunk of the lyft car was smashed like a crumbled paper. I’m still in shock that I’m alive right now.

While listening to this ,I'm hearing a crackling sound inside of my head and on top of that if I listen to this while i am asleep ,when I wake up their is a vibrating sensation in my head and also my eyes seem to be light sensitive all day long. Wrong approach Nat...Don't expect anything...So no point getting nervous, right.. look at it this way.. you just need a quiet place where you can sit with your spine erect, keep the focus on the third eye location with your eyelids closed.. and just notice any thought that pops up and let it go without judging them. Don't latch on to any of them, but your tendencies will pull you towards those thoughts at times, so be aware and the moment you realize you are following any of your thoughts, again bring your focus to the third eye location and let those thoughts go. Don't expect anything, just go with the flow see what happens...and don't forget to share them ok. I wish you good luck and Peace.

I didnt have to hum or anything the sound waves did all the work for me personally I dont think you have to hum when meditating as for me anyway it distracting and kinda silly so I just rely on the waves to do their thing I went into a trance almost instantly with this
