But the problem is it also blocks the calls from Uber and other ride hailing apps, Amazon delivery, food delivery etc. I turned the feature on and was wondering why delivery people aren't calling me but scolding me that they did indeed call. Pretty Annoying, they should fix it.
Building a database depends on everyone's participation. Truecaller also depends on their users to build their database and so far it has not worked for me. I block numbers every other day and still end up getting calls from new numbers. Having said that though doing our part of reporting spam calls feels like our only option for now which we should continue doing.

It works like a charm. Now I don't get angry/pissed or disturbed with these calls. Atleast 20% to 30% disconnect the call themselves when Bixby starts speaking 😅 rest I disconnect after they start describing their services 😅
I’ve turned on live voicemail & silence unknown caller on my phone. 📱 No more ringing from scammers! Even if I missed anything importan, I can listen to voice mail 😊 to decide if I need to call back or not
The call screening on the Pixel has been so good and it's honestly so satisfying when the caller just hangs up before even trying to reply to the automated message
DND 3.0 is great. It just stops working after sometime and then they come with an update and it resumes working. Reporting is public service, the numbers get barred or restricted with cap on calls and first offenders are warned.
Problem with the text call is that it assumes everyone is speaking in English, which is never the case! We need something which will ignore all spam calls. I have registered in DND but it hardly made a difference of maybe 1 call less.

It's very bad to not picking calls from unknown numbers. Imagine if your any relative is in denger or had an accident, some random person will call to inform you and you do not pick up the call....! Don't be oversmart.
They don't even call you but fill up your credit card application which you never applied. I was getting a credit card with an SBI agent and they were using NSDL to get me a credit card and as they are official agents they have a sbi provided app or website for applying and they can also check if you have applied for a card or anybody else just by your pan card. There were so many applications which I have no idea about who did it.
While Truecaller might be as trustworthy as a squirrel with your car keys, putting blind faith in government apps is like playing Russian roulette with a loaded smartphone.
This will take a lot of time to even measure up to True caller database, It is due to True caller's red spam notification that I can safely ignore all these calls and not be bothered
Remember people!,scammers and spammers are two different things and almost all spammers are innocent educated people making minimum wage,be nice to them..
True callers servers are physically not present on Indian soil. Legal precedence is effective with laws that stay a step ahead of misguided individuals

That's why I use OnePlus dialer

I have DND on. Still receive tons of spam calls. Reporting to TRAI DND gives no positive results. Just that the message or call is reported
