Thank you for this interessant video. Learning a new language is not only a problem of translation. We have to learn the culture in the same time. It is very important to know if we could hurt someone in using a word or an expression that we use in our mother language. Likewise, it is important to know if we can talk about any tricky topic with anyone. Françoise, a French follower.

This lesson was so important to me, listened to the experience from each student, how they fell, how they do, their strategies help me a lot. I fell myself in English when I sing, nowadays I´m trying " On my way to work", I trying to memorize, and naturally the gramar, prepositions, and phrase verbs come into my brain kkk

My surprise with the second language is how it changes the narratives and surrounding perception, e.g., managing time, and fact ownership. In my tongue is usual longer phrases for conveying the same idea. Thanks! for this reflection.

In fact, I'm more extroverted in English despite not being my mother tongue because, since I started studying it, I was always encouraged to talk to people to practice it. So when I get the chance, I take it.
On the other hand, since I was raised not to speak to strangers, in Spanish, it's impossible for me not to feel intrusive if someone tries to talk to me.
