Would like to say a lot of negative comments on here about the WTU in aft Campbell. However, no one would care, and no one would do anything about it. I will have to say, the one good thing about being there, was the great guys I got to know. When people are placed in a crappy place, they tend to help one another. For all those folks still here. No legally officers including warrant officer outrank all enlisted included the SMA they may not have the experience that the enlisted do but a butter bar technically outranks a Sgt major
He must have not visited the the barracks of other brigades that subpar, such as 4/320th and 4th brigade. Only show on camera the good things and not the bad. A shame.
Barracks ? During my enlisted days, we lived in many World War II-era barracks. Whatever the other brigades are living in, at least they resemble living quarters.
He was prior e5 which is 1 of 2 team leaders in a squad with a squad leader (e6). He got a promotion so he'll be a squad leader when a spot is available. Sometimes e5s become squad leaders before promotion as well. It's easier to get promoted as 11b and it sometimes works funky. Like my first sgt was actually still a master sergeant for a while. He was still the acting first sergeant but didn't get his diamond right off the bat
