Hello, I absolutely love this video...I will have to change out the pork and the pepperoni due to high fat ratio and high sodium...your recipes look so appetizing...oh my gosh. I am going to try them...my favorite was this sausage sandwich that reminds me of the famous sausage and egg Mcmuffin that i so love. This is an awesome alternative. I am going to use turkey instead of pork.. Oh my gosh my mouth is watering... thank you for sharing...
Agree with Lance - around 1.5-2 tbsp. of almond flour. It will change the overall texture, though, and likely be a bit more dense. I found the pork rinds give a fluffy type of texture.
Who has calories left for a brunch? I have 2 meals a day and have to be very careful not to exceed the limit. I only wish I could eat more and cook all of this amazing recipes 😩
Sunflower seed flour is going to be the only 1:1 substitute for it. Otherwise you will need to change the flour to something else and adjust the recipe completely.
You could mix half heavy cream with half unsweetened almond milk or something like that. Or just use all heavy cream as a replacement (but this will affect the macros so make sure you account for that).
I will say that it's somewhat difficult to get good variety for breakfast on keto if you are allergic to eggs. We do have lots of smoothie recipes and a few breakfast "bowl" type recipes that are egg-free though. We also have a few breakfast bars that do not use eggs. In a nutshell, keto uses fat as your main source of energy. How clean you do it is really up to you. Usually people find themselves at a balance in the middle where they're still eating dairy. Salmon and avocado aren't the only healthy fats, too.
Completely false and misinformation. All sources of heat "destroy" nutrients in food, and microwaves actually "destroy" fewer nutrients than most other methods of cooking. Please check out the studies on this. What you are saying is a myth and has been disproven many times over the last 30 years.

Yes of course! I'm not 100% sure on the conversion, but I would say to start with 1.5 TBSP and play around for the texture

What do you mean leftover? Brunch would be both your breakfast and lunch calories, so it would just be 1 of the 2 meals you eat in a day.
No microwave. How long to bake the bread for the eggs benedict and at what temp?
For all of the other mug cakes I've made, I do around 8-10 minutes at 350F - it should work about the same for the bread :)

Every time you say to microwave something, I want o slap you. Microwaves destroy your food so your body doesn't even recognize it AS food!!
