I want to know sir, if last date of filling appeal is 20/03/2024, and appellant has filled application for rectification on 14/03/2024, then what will be the last date of filling appeal. Is it the same 20/03/2024? even the rectification proceedings still going on. And then in this case, if order of rectification has passed against the appellant, then appellant will not be able to file appeal.
