I do hope that the neighbours weren’t disturbed by you using rocks to clear the crud from the musket balls, after you were so considerate about not making a noise with your trowel on the stones !!!!! Soo great to hear the enthusiasm in your voice. With love from Wolverhampton. xxx

20 little musket balls sitting in the mud
First one found lurking in the crud and if one little ball
    Should accidentally fall
There were 19 more in amongst them all😊
Sing to tune of 10 green bottles.
Great finds what a day thanks for sharing

    Hello Aussie Mudlark
Have truly enjoyed our lark today. Too bad the pipe bowls are broken, yet still a great discovery. The little hook you found looks like it could have been off a jewellery box or maybe child's treasure box. I could comment on each and every find but that would take way too long. Friend from the U.S.A. in North Carolina. Take care Friend.

It's a beautiful day in London! Nice to see u again Aussie!! I can't get excited about musket balls and bullet casing, just because of what they represent but that was an amazing buckle! Love to know what that was used on, and all those copper nails, I would sit and gather all of them, not sure why they are so fascinating!

The piece of pipe stem you found before the pipe around 20:00 didn't go with the pipe? It looked like it could have been the other half of the stem for that pipe.

I don't want to put a downer on your finds but musket balls were made of lead and the encrusted balls you are finding are clearly made of iron to be so corroded. As you are finding lots of industrial iron in the same area it makes more sense to me that these are more likely to be ball bearings from industrial machinery. I'm not a mudlarker though, so I could be way off the mark here.
