I was trying to understand which nodes I have to adjust every time and I couldn't understand how it works, but then you mentioned about how EVERY NODE needs to have the balance factor and everything is now clear to me. video was well explained ....BF formula is L-R ....i know tree is anyway balanced small doubt in 14:26 70 balance factor is 1 i guess because left-right child 60 is in left and nothing on right so 1-0=1 is bf for 70 and even 74 is 1 not -1 ....

If you believe that is the correct way and R-L is not then try a few examples using both L-R and R-L see if you still have that belief.
Check to see which way works and which way doesn't.
