Hi Amy, what a relief to know the surgery went well 🥰! Beautiful plants, again, so great to see that you, in Canada, and I in Poland grow the same hoyas🇨🇦🇵🇱😀. Greetings, Irena
Wow, that hoya Germany, I've never seen one that big. Glad your surgery went well.💚
So glad your surgery went well and that you are on the mend. Loved seeing all these plants, especially the Hoyas. Very enjoyable to watch . Many thanks! 👌🪴🥰
thank you so much Peggy!
Move the Maranta into dense soil!
My Maranta black band rooted so fast that way!! 😍❤️🌿
Glad you're feeling better! Self care is always the best care🥰 Luv the plants, thank you for sharing.
That Maranta Silver Band will grow in the sphagnum moss you have it in. I LOVE MARANTAS. The Silver Band and Black Band or tied for my favorite plants. I have a MASSIVE pot I've propagating from a cutting I've been growing for a year now. Honestly the biggest pot I've seen. Just increase the humidity on it and make sure the sphagnum moss doesn't dry out. 💚💚💚💚
wow, i want to see your big pot of those marantas!
What conditions do you grow it in? I'm a stickler about dry edges.
I have added so many hoyas to my wishlist just watching your videos.
Glad that you are feeling good, and that your surgery went well. Those hoyas are super cool looking, loving the big leaves! Hope they grow well for you! I wish my farmer’s market sold plants 🪴. Can’t wait for the next video! Have a good weekend. :)
thank you so much! :) i love farmer's market and it is HUGE bonus that our farmer's market has 3 or 4 plant stands! but i rarely find something to bring home, still nice to check them out!
Hey! Marantas root really really well and fast in water, it's the most effective way in my experience :) The second best choice is sphagnum moss.
thank you so much, Sara! I just moved it to water now! fingers crossed!
@@Wolfgangsmama Good luck! :)
I would keep the maranta in the medium you have it in. They can take a while to root. Lots of humidity
Awesome plants 🪴

My friend, thank you for good sharing 😊
So beautiful, love the Hoyas🥹!!!!
thank you! me too!!
For the maranta prop I would go with water.
Super enjoyed for the 100th watch 😅
Pretty Plant Haul!!!
thank you! :)
I have a silver band and I find they root quite fast just in water, actually.
Are you located in Canada?
@@kendraquigley2621 no Europe
ok I have moved to water now! quite a few suggested water is the way to go!
I Amy, I am so happy that your recovery has gone so well! I love your Haul, and the Hoya Germany is my FAVORITE!! She's on my Wish List now!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
thank you so much!, Wanda! I feel so happy it went well, too! Yes, the H. Germany is so stunning! hope she roots soon!
I love watching ur journey w plants,,so humble. 😉
thank you, Leah!
I also have dental trauma. This caused me to avoid going to dentists for a long time. I finally found an all female dental office and they have been amazing. Now I have a lot of catching up to do in terms of dental care. Thanks for sharing your story! I'm glad you're sticking through it!
Oh Joanna, that is totally my story, too! and because i put it off for so long, the problem just got bigger and bigger. I really made myself toughen up because I want to set a good example for my kid! So glad to hear you found a place where you feel comfortable going!
I have always had good luck rooting my maranta in water, but I would think perlite would work well too!!
I have never tried rooting marantas before. I just moved it to water cuz quite a few ppl suggested that. Fingers crossed!
@@Wolfgangsmama good luck! If you were closer I would give you a cutting of mine. I’m all the way in Louisiana sadly. They are great plants, here’s to hoping it starts to root!!!
Hey, it’s Emma who the silver band came from! So cool to see it in its new home through your channel. If sphagnum doesn’t work water is pretty foolproof in my experience!
ahahah! hi Emma! it was so nice to meet you :) I moved to water today, fingers crossed!
I’m so glad to hear your oral surgery went well. I have had a bit of a time with mine. Mine was two weeks yesterday. Those Hoyas are beautiful! Thanks for the video.💚🪴🌱🌿💚
How is your recovery going, Karen? Thank you for your continual support!
@@Wolfgangsmama a lot better now but the first two weeks were painful with a lot of swelling in my jaw. I am getting back to being able to eat better now though. Thanks for asking. 🙂
Nice haul , love the Frydek my Maharani finally is coming out of dormancy. I love when you open the growtent , it’s like wow a secret jungle 🌱🫶
omg thank you so much! that's how I feel about the grow tent! I wish i could house a bigger grow tent but we have no more room and it is tucked into a closet that we took the door out of!
Glad you're feeling better!
I've gotten hoyas from mohoya too! I've got a Tanggamus (red) and a burmanica from him :)
they have such an amazing selection of hoyas!
Amy, so sorry to hear about your ordeal with the dentist. And I just wanted to know if you have tried fluval stratum? I love how it helps everything sprout. Feel better.
Thank you so much! i am feeling much better now :) I only have one cutting rooting in fluval stratum at the moment so I don't know this medium very well!
How are you dealing with the hoyas when the want to climb or start growing more leaves and vines? Also what types of pros and cons do you think of for your growtent setup?
H. sr 2007 13 Phukradeung Loei province is one of my favorites!!!
wow that is a long name! i can't wait for mine to grow out a bit more!
May I ask where you found silver band? I'm local and have been looking for a cutting FOREVER!
I found it from a member in the YVR plant group!
❤️😍❤️
I can't keep maranta alive for the life of me 😢
