    Today practice is important because the source of today’s practice is one of the popular upanishad (SHANDILY UPNISHAD) the practice is regarding moon energy, how you can attract the moon energy, which has important role into various functions of the body, specially mental body. Moon is responsible for mental peace, clarity, big vision, and rest if the energy is destructed disturbed entire well-being.

    Prashant, the moon is only a satelite and it is connected to the element of water on Earth thus our emotions, tides etc. The sun is a star and is different, of course. Pls dig deeper on this. You are very knowledgeable.

    since when the sun and the moon are planets? you should go and visit some elementary school classes again.
    Breathing exercise is good, only one problem remains. Pranayama is not about breathing exercises. these are the tools, good to use, but not the essence.
    just as Asana Sadhana can be mastered without using any Hatha Yoga Asanas, Pranayama Sadhana can be mastered without using any breathing techniques. Do they help? yes! are they essential? no!
    Do less, observe more. Do less, be aware more and more. Looks easy, but it's not. Doing is easy. Because it is what you are use to. Nothing ever change by doing different things. By looking closely, everything changes.
    I'm not saying don't do. I'm saying look, observe, be aware, reflect, and use exercises to enhance awareness. that's all.

      If you could listen properly you must have heard he is saying astrologically sun and moon are considered very important for our mental and physical health. Astrology is more than 3000 years old.. when NASA wasn't there our sages had discovered all planets in our solar system. If you don't believe in astrology that's not a problem, but don't mock this guy's knowledge.. his teachings has benefited alot of people including me.
