Nobody is talking about Lanfear's dominatrix getup in Rand's dreams. That look blew me away more than any of the others, which is saying something as the standard this season has been incredible.
This show is SO good!!! So rich, complex, exciting. Costume design A++ The writing, acting, way the stories are woven, & the wisdom that comes through is really incredible. ❤❤❤
They have done an incredible jobs with everything in this adaptation. I just wish there were more episode so you guys can do even more of what you are doing!

Yeah the sequence of events is different in how they play out than the books, but so much of the story is there, the characters and the things I loved about Jordan's world. I can not wait, now we are getting into the meaty bits of the story and im so excited for next season!!

The costume design and fashions and style were OFF THE CHARTS. Love the modern twists that they applied to the forsaken building on to the timelessness ie their immortality
I think the costumes are great. I especially like the Seanchan ones. I do have a question though. Where does she get the idea that those in the blue ajah are spies? Yes they have a spy network. Every ajah has a spy network. The focus of the blues is on a specific task or quest. For instance, Moiraine and Siuane know the Dragon has been reborn so their goal is to find and protect him until the last battle. And to hopefully guide him. This is why Moiraine is so driven. It is her goal in life.
I wish, hope and pray in season 3 going forward - they give us more episodes even 20 episodes are fine this thing of 8 is not enough they end up cutting and rushing the story. May we see more and longer channeling Scene and channeling Fights scenes not 3 seconds - vs 30min of talking and talking .… not that they should not talk but there should be balance - I believe this story is about the one power and channeling then other factors follow. - the 1st scene we saw of Moraine vs Trolics was the best and long enough we saw a lot of weaves - earth, fire, wind, lighting, etc... I enjoyed every Seanchan scenes nicely done…💙💙
Can't wait for a season where Rand's big moments are given to side characters. The chosen one whos big scenes of battles and channeling given to the 5month novices yay!! Dragon reborn is the main character not Moraine Egwene and nynaeve 😂. One moment Egwene is ragdolled against a wall by Ishamael with a flick of the wrist 2 seconds later withstanding an onslaught of a forsaken give me a break 😂😂
Alas. The set guys and costumes are very good. Some of the show is similar and in spirit with the books. Most of it, although good, is so far from the book that the writers are going to work themselves into a bind down the road. Robert Jordan went to the Citadel, his knowledge of military inner workings and social organizations is far more intuitive than the people writing this show and warping it for these so called “woke” times. The man wrote a major literary book series and sold millions of copies for a reason. He’s good. The people writing this version, are of average intellect and ruining what could be television greatness. They did a good job casting Rand, Ishmael and Logain. The rest…nothing like the characters in the books. The Aeil women look really good. The Seanchan look good if different. They are sooo close to getting thing’s decent, but so far too.

Every true fan of this series is disgusted by what is unfolding on screen. The costumes aren’t even appreciated bc the material is so shite. Shame on whoever signed off on this travesty.

I am seriously disappointed in the new look and costumes this season. Instead of coming up with something original, they’ve just copied Breton traditional lace headdresses and Japanese kimonos. They look stupid mashed together and are not original or creative. The Seanchan costumes are better, but they are so over the top they obscure everything else about the characters. Especially the damage and the crazy over the top face paint. There’s no reason for it and it just looks stupid. The show itself is better, but I totally disagree with these costumes. They spoil the fantasy for me.
