i’ve been with this channel since 2018 i believe and i just absolutely love your content you never put out a bad video and no matter what your videos will always be amazing
Interesting thing I learned is Haruo Nakajima (the actor who played Godzilla in the original films) he played as a stuntman in samurai films such as “Seven Samurai”. If you look up the cast in “Seven Samurai”, it shows he played as a bandit
I was just about to comment on that! At 1:06, that's Haruo being slayed by Seiji Miyaguchi. Kyuzo just killed Godzilla. No wonder this is my favorite film of all time!
@@Raidmasterprod The video I watched talks about Haruo Nakajima life time of becoming a actor after the end of WW2 and what other movies he was in before the Godzilla franchise. He played a pilot who jumps out of his plane from a WW2 movie called “Eagle of the Pacific” aka “Operation Kamikaze” in 1953
Is this Samurai week? I guess I'll be seeing more of Mifune and Nakadai then. Personally, I'd like to see more modern samurai movies here, like 'The Twilight Samurai', Beat Takeshi's 'Zatoichi', or '13 Assassins'. They're often overlooked.
I did the modern 13 Assassins and received a copyright strike and the video was taken down :( I'll see what I can do about doing some modern stuff though.
I must have some sort of disconnect with black and white films. It's really hard for me to tell who's who. I had a similar issue with King Kong! I read up on the plot, but still, I feel lost. At least the horses were okay (from what I could tell)!
One of the greatest cinematic classics! I hope you enjoyed it! By the way, have you ever seen the anime adaptation? It’s a full length series, and very different (cyber tech samurai), but still enjoyable.
Ok 2 Things 1. I really like The Magnificent Seven “1960” Yul Brynner as Chris Adams One of The Heroes and may Yul Brynner 1920-1985 R.I.P and Eli Wallach as The Villain Calvera and may Eli Wallach 1915-2014 R.I.P and I also really like the remake The Magnificent Seven “2016” Denzel Washington as Chisolm One of The Heroes and Peter Sarsgaard as The Villain Bartholomew Bogue and 2. Hi Carnage Counts can you make a video of The Original and The Remake of The Magnificent Seven “1960” and “2016”.
If a fish's life (#3) counts just as much as a Japanese, is that racist? But come to think of it, many Chinese would value the fish more than a Japanese human
I love kikuchiyo. I love how he's both the comic relief, a sympathetic victim and a redemption story all rolled into one
Its the best film ever made, you feel every emotion a motion picture can offer, it is a perfect depiction of humanity.
I love how the villagers in this are frightened but know they have to band together to fight or they won't survive.
Love how you included the fish 😂
💀🤣

Kyuzo death was heartbreaking just like anime, a true warrior.
Agree. I didn’t expect him or Kikuchiyo to die.
Show some respect dont compare movies to cartoons
He is like Kenshin, or maybe he is also the one who inspired the creation of Kenshin Himura besides Genzai.
He is indeed a great warrior

This movie is a masterpiece.
One of my all time favorite movies
Man I love this movie, as well as the anime!
Man thought it was 40 bandits, counting 43 bandits, 41 being killed and 2 killed off screen by Kyuzo when he went to kill the first gun man
I think.... they didn't exactly count the scouts. They were separate from the 40
i always love and looking forward for every of these awesome collection of carnage
An Immortal Classic. 👌
My Favourite Kurosawa film of all time.
They sure don’t make 3 hour epics like they use to
I love this movie
02:07 Heihachi
Gorobei dies offscreen
6:42 Kyuzo
06:59 Kikuchiyo
No one:
Some random Takeda horseman at the Battle of Nagashino: 2:08
i love how you count the fish too xD

@@CarnageCounts - Ah, I see.
I mean I knew you were gonna do Seven Samurai sooner or later, but not that damn soon
The very first scene.
The robber who takes the baby hostage is the tavern owner in the movie Yojimbo.
東野 英治郎
(Eijiro Tohno)
The swords, arrows, farm tools, and bullets fly
This movie was good.
Love your channel! Thank you for the videos! 🥰🇫🇮
May I recommend the Zatoichi movies? You'll have a blast with the entire series, though you won't be able to do them in a single week.
Even this short summary tells how great action film this is.
Quite a classic, just watched the whole video again, may be time to watch the movie

Walking With Monsters plsssssss.
Did we see the death of Gorobei? You see him on a stretcher made of bamboo spears.
He die off screen
It’s assumed he was shot. But you don’t actually see what happened, only that he died.
Next paradise pd season 1 please
