The Butcher's Son is so good. I once took my non-vegan dad there and he legit refused to be that they used vegan meats. The Bay Area is an amazing place for vegans, there are so many options.
How strange is it that in the Latin American restaurant they have Spanish flamenco music and dancing? Totally different culture mix 😂😂 it's like advertising an American restaurant but having Irish river dancers. Just because they speak the same language doesn't mean they are the same...
Hi Rose. I love watching your what I ate in a day videos. They give me ideas and I like to see the travel ones to see what's good out there. I've always wanted to go to San Francisco so I'd try these places you went to. Unfortunately I don't really have people around me that would go to these places with me. I may not be a complete vegan but I'm open to the diet/lifestyle and I often gave days where I am a complete vegan. But, I find it very hard for me to find places around where I live that are vegan and/or have vegan options and when I do the people that I'm usually with don't want to even go to the places with me cuz they are carnivores.

However it is even written in McDonald's nutritional information on there site that there fries are flavored with "natural beef flavoring." With this in mind how many other places may do similar additives that you have visited?

They were quite rude actually because they guy was trying to say a little something about his journey and was rudely interrupted several times.

Cosmic Light Hi folks, im the big black guy in the Vegan Gainz shirt. The guy interrupting was my friend, hahahaha, lol. I go by James Slowlove the vegan thug. Seriously though, i would love to spread my story. I went Vegan for 2 very important reasons: 1 was that my stomach would literally churn all night and day, with intense pain. Going on a plant based lifestyle has helped to literally clear up my leaky gut. Second is for mental health reasons. I've been battling schizophrenia for the last 11 years. I've helped myself to get better by various means, but i know for sure that being on a plant based vegan diet has helped a heck of a lot. The micronutrients, found in this diet has boosted my mental clarity so much more than relying on a so called normal diet with animal products. I hope to inspire others who struggle with mental illness to embrace a plant based diet, because our brain not only has neurotransmitters, but our gut also. The happier your gut is, the happier your brain is, and vice versa. Im spreading awareness, and personal fitness to those who struggle like me with mental health. That's why im a Personal Trainer
