I really enjoy stocking the stockings! lol. I think I shop harder for stocking stuffers than the main present. The boys will appreciate the practical things they received.
My Mom always done this every year for my three brothers and sisters. For all seven of us and one in heaven she would read us this story every Christmas Eve. She would make us all homemade hot chocolate and cookies and we would listen to her read the truth about Christmas. My daughter was born on Christmas Eve. And every year my Mom would make all of us stockings still even though we were grown. My dear Mom passed away at the young age of 64 on January 17th 2012 of cancer and she made sure before she passed that she got to do this with my daughter who was three at the time. I have made this a tradition for my kids every year and they're going to pas it on to their babies one of these days. Sorry for long story but just had to vent about my Ma, never knew anyone else done this until I saw y'all do it. ☺️✝️
I did stockings for my nieces and nephews this year they love candy and mini stuff so stockings it was I get them expensive toys and they just don't use them like I would of as a kid!
