As an "early adopter"/one of the first customers to purchase during their Kickstarter campaign, I am sad to report my Wayzn no longer works. I only used (plugged in & installed) the Wayzn when we went on vacation. We spent an hour via zoom meeting trying to diagnose why the Wayzn would not work. They said the sensors were registering correctly but just would not respond. Said they could not warranty it because it is not supposed to be unplugged and used temporarily. I can't afford to pay $500 every few years for this product so keep that in mind.

That's a cool product! Currently looking at options for a new petdoor and first i have seen these. Do you have them that suit Australian Power standards? or should i just use a convertor plug?
Would I be able to either open or close the door from my workplace?
Are the pet tags out yet? Still says pre-order on your site. Without the pet tags which are a ridiculous price, how does the dog get back inside the house? I want my dog to go out and in on his own.
Why are the pet tags so much? $169 is a too much of a mark up. The fact that you'd accept $49 for a second is revealing. I suspect it truly lands around $15 and if you scale, much cheaper. I dunno it's too much. Especially when asking people to give you money when you don't have stock. Your website says the pet tags will be out in March, but a prior comment shows from 2 months ago is asking about the pet tags. More than a quarter year is weird to wait, and don't give me supply chain issues that is so 2021.
