This song is at most 3/4 of it's original length and that's with the original having an intro. Nightcore works by adjusting the tone of the song to be higher and sometimes adding remixes. This causes the feel of the song to seem faster when it is actually not. This particular version is a little sped up, but simply speeding up a song does not yield a higher pitch in voice. There is a bit more editing than that.
